It is never too early to start playing the game of tennis! TAS has developed age appropriate programs for every age group from age 4 and up!

GENERAL INFORMATION

Two 8 week sessions
Sign up for 1 or 2 drills weekly
Each drill lasts 1 hr ($15 per hr)
Session cost for 1 drill per week: $120
Session cost for 2 drills per week: $240
Inclement weather make-ups Fridays with same schedule

3:30-4:30 4-5 year olds (Baseline Beginners)

4:30-5:30 6-8 year olds (Up & Comers)

5:30-6:30 9-11 year olds (Hot Shots)

5:30-6:30 12-16 year olds (Heavy Hitters)

THURSDAY

3:30-4:30 4-5 year olds (Baseline Beginners)

Tip: Imagery or visualization is extremely useful in almost all aspects of the tennis game. A player can improve technique, strategy, physical abilities and his mental preparation of certain events. Another use of imagery is when a player misses a shot and then quickly sees in his mind how he hit the ball correctly.

Using imagery is an incredibly efficient technique, not only in tennis sports psychology but in everyday life, too.
